Read carefully before getting the result of Preliminary Examination (Written) Examination.

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (लिखित) परीक्षा के परिणाम प्राप्त करने से पहले ध्यान से पढ़ें। 

Note- यहाँ केवल प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के परिणाम देखिये (राष्ट्रीय चित्रकला एवं शोध के चयनित प्रतिभागी की सूचि अलग से  जारी की गई है )

• How to see results -Applicants can get their result using their registration number and roll number. Keep in mind that the result is only for the information of the candidates as to how many marks they have scored in the national examination.
• The merit list of selected candidates whose names are in the merit list will be able to appear in the second phase examination.
• I can't see my result Keep in mind that those candidates whose OMR sheet has been rejected, their exam results will not be released, that is, if your results are not shown then it can also be due to rejection of the sheet. Let us know the reasons for rejection of OMR sheet-
  1. This means that if the candidate has circled more than one digit in the column of date of birth, booklet number or roll number, then the sheet gets automatically rejected. The scanner cannot read such sheets and hence cannot be evaluated.
• What is the meaning of examination result waiting?  - Waiting in the result means - the applicant is not selected for the second phase but there is a letter of Samman Nidhi received in the District Collectorate at the district level, the applicant will have to wait till further information in this regard.
• Showing absent or not found -It means the candidate's OMR sheet answer sheet is rejected or he/she was absent.
• परिणाम कैसे देखें -आवेदक अपना पंजीयन क्रमांक एवं अनुक्रमांक के उपयोग से अपना परिणाम प्राप्त कर सकतें है, यह ध्यान रहें की प्राप्त परिणाम केवल उम्मदीवारों की जानकारी के लिए है की उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा में कितने अंक  हासिल किये है
• मेरा रिजल्ट नहीं दिख रहा- ध्यान रहें वे उम्मीदवार जिनकी ओएमआर शीट रिजेक्ट हो चुकी है उनके परीक्षा परिणाम जारी नहीं होंगे, अर्थात यदि आपके परिणाम नहीं शो हो  रहे है तो इसका कारन शीट का रिजेक्ट होना भी हो सकता है आइये जानते है  ओएमआर शीट रिजेक्ट होने के कारण- 
  1. यह की यदि उम्मीदवार ने जन्मतिथि, बुकलेट नंबर, अथवा रोल नंबर के कॉलम में एक से अधिक अंकों में गोला लगाया है तब शीट आटोमेटिक रिजेक्ट हो जाती है. ऐसी शीट को स्कैनर पढ़ नहीं पता जिससे उनके मूल्याङ्कन नहीं  पाते है.
• परीक्षा परिणाम वेटिंग का अर्थ क्या है- आवेदक दूसरे चरण के लिए चयनित नहीं है किन्तु जिला स्तर पर जिला कलेक्ट्रेट में मिलने वाले सम्मान निधि का  पात्र  है, इस सम्बन्ध में अगले सुचना तक आवेदक को प्रतीक्षा करनी होगी .
• अनुपस्थित अथवा नॉट फाउंड शो हो रहा है - इसका अर्थ है उम्मीदवार की ओएमआर शीट उत्तर पुस्तिका रिजेक्ट है अथवा वह उनुपस्तिथ था.
